本公司董事會成員本著忠誠、謹慎及高度注意的態度以公司利益為前提，對於重大事項須善盡職責，同時確保公司會計系統和財務報告之適正性，並避免有董事會成員損及公司之行為或與股東間發生利益衝突之情事。
又董事會審慎選任、監督經營階層，對公司事務進行客觀判斷，以及遴選適任之內部稽核主管。
本屆董事共10人，任期自2021年07月29日至2024年7月28日。
董事成員中有1名女性董事，各董事於專業背景及技能面含括財務會計、化學化工、經營管理面等，均具備領導決策能力及相關產業知識學經歷。
