Taroko Luge (1432) 2.4 billion yuan joint loan signed will be put into the development project of Taroko Caoya Road

On the 25th, Taroko (1432) completed the joint loan case co-sponsored by Mega Bank and managed by Mega Bank, and the participating banks included the signing of a seven-year and NT$ 2.4 billion joint loan case for 11 financial companies, including the Cooperative Treasury, South China Commercial Bank, National Agricultural Treasury Bank, Taiwan SME Bank, Kaohsiung Bank, Taiwan Shin Kong Commercial Bank, Taishin International Commercial Bank, Keelung Erxin, Farglory Life Insurance Company, and Tamsui Yixin. According to Dal Lu Ge, the funds will be used for the construction of Tai Lu Ge’s first flagship development project, “Grand Lu Ge Caoya Road”, including the construction of shopping malls and amusement parks and the construction of public areas.

NT$ 2.4 billion of funds will be invested in the development project of Kaohsiung Taroko Caoya Road
The joint loan co-ordinated by Mega Bank has a total amount of RMB2.4 billion, with a loan term of seven years and interest calculated at a floating interest rate, and the whole project has been fully subscribed. According to the company, the joint loan funds will be used for the new construction of the Taroko Caoya Road Park, including the construction of shopping malls and amusement parks and the construction of public areas.

The investment promotion progress has reached 60.5%, and the most interesting shopping malls in Asia will be put into trial operation by the end of 2015
The development of Taroko Caoya Road is the first flagship development of Taroko commercial real estate, and the investment promotion progress has been completed by 60.5%. The development base is located next to R4A of Kaohsiung MRT Caoya Station, with a base area of 26,306 pyeongs and an estimated floor area of about 30,600 pyeong. The whole project was officially groundbroken in June this year, and the base has been excavated and prepared the land, which is expected to be completed by the end of October and enter the construction stage, and the overall new construction project is expected to be completed and trial operation by the end of 2015. In the future, Taroko Caoya Road will combine the characteristics of the mall with the local cultural and tourism resources of Kaohsiung to create the most interesting shopping center in Asia.
