Taroko (1432) changed its name to "Taroko US Corporation(TRK Corporation)" from July 1

Since July 1, Taroko (1432) has been changed from “textile fiber” to “trading department store”. In conjunction with the change of shares, the company name has also been changed from “Taroko Textile Co., Ltd.” to “Daluge Industrial Co., Ltd.” since July 1.
In recent years, Taroko (1432) has actively transformed the development and operation of shopping malls and sports and leisure entertainment businesses, and with the continuous growth of the proportion of revenue of trade department stores after the transformation, it has changed its listing of “trade department stores” stocks from July 1, 2017. In conjunction with the relisting of similar shares, this year’s shareholders’ meeting also changed the company’s name to “Taroko US Corporation(TRK Corporation)” through the company, and officially changed its name from July 1. The completion of the company’s name change also symbolizes that Daluge will enter the next new stage.
Taroko (1432) has actively transformed in recent years, and withdrew from the textile industry in November 2014 of the Republic of China after disposing of all the shares of the mainland business “Shandong Taroko Weaving and Dyeing Industry Co., Ltd.” And through its subsidiary Taroko Development, it actively transforms the development and operation of shopping malls and sports and leisure and entertainment business.
