In conjunction with the change of shares, the company name has also been changed from “Taroko Textile Co., Ltd.” to “Taroko Industrial Co., Ltd.” since July 1. In recent years, it has actively transformed the development and operation of shopping malls and sports and leisure entertainment businesses, and with the continuous growth of the proportion of revenue of trade department stores after the transformation, the “trade department stores” stocks have been listed since July 1, 2017. This year’s shareholders’ meeting also approved the company’s change of the company’s name to “Taroko US Corporation(TRK Corporation)”, and officially changed its name from July 1. The name change of the company also symbolizes that Daluge will enter the next new stage.
