Taroko made transformation by venturing to real estate development

Hsu Yung-Chang said that the land development project of Gaojienan Machine Factory is combined with the theme of motorsports, the introduction of the Suzuka Circuit operated by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Honda (HONDA), in addition to the car theme amusement park, the future will be the core of profit from the mall, has signed contracts with Guobin Cinemas, French businessman Decathlon clothing, Kaohsiung local gym brand “Fitness Factory”, etc., the company’s own operated Taroko battling cage will also be stationed.
The legal person estimates that this case will be the focus of development in the next 2-3 years.
