In order to improve the efficiency and flexibility of the company’s capital use, Taroko Company focuses on the development of commercial real estate business, and this year will dispose of three office floors located in Chongqing South Road in Taipei City and Aisan Road in Keelung City, which will inject a profit performance of about NT$80 million this year. Among them, the two office floors located in the section of Chongqing South Road in Taipei City have an area of about 138 pings each, and the disposal interest is about NT$70 million, and the payment has been received and the recognition has been completed. The office floor area of Aisan Road in Keelung City is about 280 pings, and the disposal interest is about 5 million yuan, which is expected to be recognized before the fourth quarter of this year.
